Mr. McShane currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the McShane organization including McShane Healthcare Solutions. The formation of McShane Healthcare Solutions was initiated to manage the firm's involvement in healthcare-related real estate development, acquisition, construction and leasing activities on a national scale.

Through its aggressive management style and insightful growth strategies, McShane Healthcare Solutions provides expertise for its wide range of healthcare clients, including individual practitioners, doctors groups and hospital systems, with regard to their unique medical facilities. This approach ensures that a customized solution is identified for each client that incorporates both efficient space utilization and a cost-savings approach.

McShane Healthcare Solutions operates seven strategically positioned offices to oversee the firm's operations in the Northern, Southern and Western regions of the country. Through its headquarters operation in Rosemont, Illinois and its offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; Los Angeles, California; and Auburn, Alabama, the firm provides an outstanding range of services for the healthcare community.
